This policy explains what BachMod collects, why it is collected, how it is protected, and how you can request deletion of server-held data.

1. Information we collect

1.1 App activity

We collect app interactions such as screens viewed, buttons tapped, and features used. This helps us operate BachMod and understand whether its features work as intended.

1.2 App information and performance

We collect crash logs and basic diagnostic information when available so that we can investigate failures, improve stability, and fix bugs.

1.3 Device or other IDs

Depending on the feature and device settings, we may process a Firebase installation identifier, a push-notification token, and the advertising ID supplied by Android for advertising and measurement. These identifiers are not used to identify you by name.

1.4 Files and media

BachMod can organize files selected by you, including images, videos, audio, documents, ZIP files, and other file types. The app may request READ_MEDIA_IMAGES, READ_MEDIA_VIDEO, and Android's all-files access permission when the batch file-management feature requires them.

File names, types, sizes, dates, and file operations are processed on your device for organization features. BachMod does not upload the contents of your files to our servers or sell them to anyone.

2. How we use information

• Provide and maintain file-organization features.
• Process app interactions and crash information to improve reliability.
• Deliver Firebase Cloud Messaging notifications when enabled by you.
• Serve and measure advertising through Google Mobile Ads where applicable.
• Protect the service, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Service providers

We use Google Firebase services for analytics and messaging, and Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) for advertising. These providers may process limited technical data on our behalf under their own privacy terms. BachMod does not sell personal information and does not share data with third parties for their independent marketing.

4. Security

Data sent between BachMod and our servers is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS. File contents processed locally remain on your device unless you deliberately share them using another Android feature.

5. Retention and deletion

We retain technical identifiers and notification tokens only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide notifications, analytics, security, and support. You may request deletion of server-held data by emailing info@codericstudio.com from the address you want us to use for follow-up. We will verify the request and delete eligible server-held data, subject to legal or security retention requirements.

Deleting the app removes local app data according to Android's normal app-uninstall behavior. Files that you organize remain your files and are not deleted by BachMod unless you explicitly choose a delete operation inside the app.

6. Your choices

• Disable notifications in Android settings.
• Reset or limit advertising personalization through Android or Google settings.
• Use Android's media picker or folder picker when it supports the operation you choose.
• Contact us to request deletion of eligible server-held data.

7. Children

BachMod is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app, its services, or applicable requirements change. The updated date at the top of this page will change when we publish a revision.
