BachMod ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.
1. Information We Collect
a. Automatically Collected Information (Analytics)
We use Firebase Analytics and AdMob (by Google) which automatically collect certain information when you use our app:

- ● Crash Logs & Diagnostics — App performance data, crash reports, error logs
- ● Device Information — Device model, OS version, language, screen size
- ● Device or Other IDs — Advertising ID, Firebase Installation ID, FCM token
- ● IP Address — Used for approximate location and analytics
b. Push Notification Data
We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to send push notifications. To deliver notifications, we collect and store on our server:
- ● Device ID — A randomly generated UUID stored locally on your device
- ● FCM Push Token — Used to route notifications to your device
c. File Information (Local Only)
When you use the file organization features, we access file metadata (names, types, sizes, dates) through Android's Storage Access Framework (SAF). This data is processed locally on your device and is never transmitted to our servers or any third party. We do not read, upload, or store the content of your files.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information. All data transmitted between our app and servers is encrypted using industry-standard TLS/HTTPS protocols. File data processed locally on your device is never transmitted over the network.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your device ID and FCM push token on our server only as long as necessary to deliver push notifications. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Upon your request, we will delete all associated data from our servers.

- ▶ Opt-out of Analytics: You can disable Firebase Analytics collection at any time via your device settings or in-app controls
- ▶ Ad Personalization: You can opt out of personalized advertising in your device's Google Ads settings
- ▶ Push Notifications: You can disable notifications from your device settings at any time
- ▶ Data Deletion: You may request deletion of your data by contacting us
7. Children's Privacy
Our app is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
